Natasha has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation with a particular focus on commercial disputes, art-related disputes, intellectual property, defamation and reputation management, where she is able to draw on her previous in-house experience in the film and arts sectors. She acts for commercial, institutional and individual clients and has experience of every stage of court proceedings including injunctions, pre-action and final hearings.
Natasha also has developed expertise in public law on inquest work. Notably, she was part of the legal team for the Tunisia Inquests acting for the coroner and has gone on to be the deputy solicitor to the coroner in the Westminster Bridge Inquests, London Bridge and Borough Market Inquests, and most recently in the Fishmongers’ Hall Inquests. She has also worked on the Hillsborough and Vauxhall Helicopter Crash inquests.
