Oksana specialises in the authorisation and implementation of major infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on energy, transport and airports schemes.
She advises on all aspects of major project consenting including options assessment, consultation, environmental impact assessment, compulsory purchase and the scope of statutory powers. She also drafts statutory application documents, negotiates agreements with affected third parties and assist with the handling of public inquiries, examinations and hearings.
Oksana acts for both promoters and objectors in public and private sectors on a wide range of projects and has experience of promoting and opposing development consent orders under the Planning Act, private and hybrid bills and transport and works Act orders.
