Pam has been registered with Parliament as a Roll C clerk for 27 years and has vast experience relating to private and hybrid Bills, harbour Orders, transport and works act orders, development consent orders and other forms of statutory consent. Her expertise in the procedural requirements for the authorisation of legislation is highly regarded in this specialised field.
Pam has worked on over 120 promotions including the following orders: London Underground (Victoria Station Upgrade), London Cable Car, National Grid (Hinkley Point C Connection Project), Boston Barrier, Edinburgh Tram Acts, Humber Bridge Act and the New Southgate Cemetery Act. She has also worked on the opposition to 5 hybrid Bills: Severn Bridges, Cardiff Bay Barrage, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Crossrail and High Speed 2.
Pam monitors the parliamentary papers for the parliaments in Westminster and Scotland and for the Assemblies in Northern Ireland and Wales in order to update clients on their specific areas of interest.
