- Acting for a high-end jewellery company in respect of the assignment of the lease of their Mayfair offices with a reverse premium of £1.9m and their lease of alternative space at an annual rent of £566,475.
- Representing a technology company in respect of their lease of premises in Holborn at an annual rent of £1,986,552.
- Part of a team acting for a shopping centre operator on the purchase of two shopping centres for £82m and £68m respectively.
- Acting for a developer in respect of the sale by way of share sale of a residential property for £20m.
- Acting for a tenant in respect of their lease of industrial premises at an annual rent of £185,565, rising to £371,130 in the second year of the term, pursuant to an agreement for lease conditional upon both landlord and tenant works.
