Rachel specialises in leasehold enfranchisement and provides straightforward and practical advice to both landlords and tenants in relation to lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and also freehold purchases under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967.

She can advise on block management issues, including licences to alter, licences to assign, and general advisory matters.
