Rick has 30 years’ post qualification experience in resolving disputes, particularly in relation to claims arising from insolvency of companies, fraud and boardroom / shareholder disputes.

He is a very experienced contentious insolvency lawyer with particular success in recovering money for insolvency practitioners.

Rick is an accredited mediator (CEDR, ADR, CADR), a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
