Services

Robyn is a senior associate specialising in commercial real estate.

She acts for both landlord and tenant clients, including retailers and institutional landlords, in all aspects of lettings and portfolio management.

Robyn also acts for a wide range of clients in relation to the acquisition and sale of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, as well as acting for both lender and borrower on the financing of commercial premises and providing support on corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Areas of expertise include drafting and negotiating agreements for lease, leases and licences, sale contracts, corporate support and the negotiation of asset purchase and sale purchase agreements, and completing title investigation and property due diligence.

Career Highlights

  • Acting for an international private bank on purchases, finances, and refinances of high-value London commercial and residential properties and property portfolios and carrying out detailed property due diligence.
  • Assisted with the disposal of a takeaway restaurant portfolio with over 70 premises as part of a share sale, including the production of CLLS certificates of title for the buyer.
  • Acting for a major oil company on the grant of a new lease for their head office, subject to completion of the landlord’s works, with an aggregate rental value in excess of £11 million
  • Acting for a professional services client on a complicated letting arrangement for premises in Central London, including the negotiation of conditional contracts, rights of first refusals, and options to take new space
  • Acting for an institutional landlord on the management of their portfolio, situated across the United Kingdom
  • Acting for a hotelier client on the acquisition of premises in London with the view to redevelop, with a value of £6 million.
