Ross Fletcher

Ross assists with all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance, and can also assist with related commercial contracts.

He has worked with businesses of all sizes, from small start-up ventures to national groups from a variety of industry sectors, and can advise on issues throughout the lifecycle of a company, from incorporation through to maturity. His work often involves working with specialists from other internal departments, such as real estate, tax and employment, and also with external financial advisors and counsel. Ross will liaise as necessary to ensure the smooth progression of the transaction from initial instructions through to completion.

Ross also has experience drafting commercial contracts, including master framework agreements, terms and conditions and GDPR compliant policies.
