Sarah has been with the firm (legacy Pitmans) for 20 years, having balanced a career with home study to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.
She has spent many years heading up one of the team’s dedicated client groups, acting for a large number of key developer clients from local to larger regional house builders on all types of transactional work inc part exchanges, chain breaks, and government led schemes, for example Help to Buy and First Homes.
Sarah is now responsible for development site set-up, including advice on freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and mixed use sites. This includes drafting documentation to tie in with client business requirements and development-specific characteristics.
