Sarah has a diverse practice which covers all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters (including conditional pre-let agreements), all aspects of property management and property finance.
She also advises on development matters for both landowners and national and individual developers, including option agreements, sub-sales, conditional contracts, promotion and collaboration agreements. In addition, Sarah acts for developer clients in relation to the disposal of affordable housing to registered providers.
