Spencer is a Team Leader within the new build team, an integral part of the firm’s real estate development team. The new build team specialises in all aspects of development set-up, including advice on freehold, leasehold and mixed-use sites; management companies; infrastructure agreements; plot sales and shared ownership sales.
Spencer has over 25 years’ experience in acting for house builder clients.
