Stephanie specialises in corporate, banking and finance.

She advises on private corporate acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and employee share options along with general private company advice.

She also advises on banking and finance matters including advice on facility agreements and security documents for borrowers and represents a number of banks for which BDB Pitmans LLP are on the panel.

Stephanie has particular expertise in the automotive and technology sectors.

Recommended in the Ninth Edition of The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom and the Best Lawyers Business Edition for Mergers and Acquisitions Law in London.
