She offers insolvency advice and representation for office holders and individuals on corporate and personal insolvency matters, including antecedent transactions and asset recovery.
Sylvia is experienced in property disputes including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and contentious planning matters.
She is also experienced in asset finance and lending disputes, including Consumer Credit Act issues.
She has wide-ranging commercial dispute resolution experience including breach of fiduciary duties and contract, company and shareholder disputes.
Sylvia is an Associate Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and a member on the R3 Southern Region Committee.
