Tim has practised real estate law for his entire career, specialising in legal services relating to residential property for over 20 years.
Prior to joining BDB Pitmans in September 2020, he built up and led the largest dedicated residential property team at Hewitsons for 12 years, with its success largely built upon a reputation for delivery of excellent client service.
Getting a transaction through is merely the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the job so far as Tim is concerned. What matters is identifying his clients’ needs and using his knowledge and experience to guide them successfully through the process to their desired goal. This is what drives him and earns the appreciation and loyalty of his clients.
