Vandana is a partner in BDB Pitmans’ family and matrimonial team with over 18 years’ experience. She was previously a partner at a leading City of London firm and subsequently head of the family team at a West End firm.
Vandana has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in family law, regularly advising on pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, civil partnership, cohabitation disputes and child arrangements and is also a member of Resolution. She is particularly experienced in handling mid to high net worth financial settlements with an international element, such as businesses or assets in foreign jurisdictions and offshore trusts.
In addition, Vandana has specialist expertise in relation to the application of cryptocurrency assets on divorce, as well as intervenor (third party) cases requiring joinder applications. She has been widely quoted in the press on this subject and has given training in collaboration with MBL Seminars.
