Victoria has a wide practice area within commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals, property finance and all landlord and tenant matters.
Victoria has acted for both landowners and developers on a number of residential development sites including conditional contracts, option agreements, auction and sub-sales, as well as acting for developer clients within the specialist supported housing sector.
Victoria also acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial, retail and residential leases.
