Wai is a consultant within BDB Pitmans Real Estate team. She acts for many overseas-based clients and as their intermediary, and is often tasked with finding solutions for all types of legal issues from both a business and personal perspective.
Having owned her own firm in the past, Wai’s current practice has been driven very much by her clients’ needs. She mainly deals with commercial and property related matters with a particular interest in property development, and also advises on immigration and private wealth matters.
Wai is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
