Anglo-Scottish dispute between aristocrat and his estranged wife awaits ruling

In the case of Villiers vs Villiers, the couple disagree as to whether their money disputes should be presented in an English or Scottish court. The aristocrat Charles Villiers believes that as divorce proceedings are being dealt with in Scotland, any arguments over money should follow suit. However, as his estranged wife now lives in England she disagrees.
