BDB Pitmans acts on the sale of Colapz to Amazon aggregator Olsam

BDB Pitmans has acted for David Fannin, the selling shareholder, on the sale of Colapz to the UK based Amazon aggregator Olsam. Colapz is UK based brand selling collapsible camping and outdoor products predominantly on Amazon and previously featured on Dragon’s Den.

The BDB Pitmans team acting on this transaction was led by corporate partner Tessa Trevelyan Thomas and senior associate Mireille Turner. IP, tax and employment support was provided by IP partner Dennis Lee, tax partner Alex Barnes and employment partner Nicholas Le Riche.
