BDB Pitmans bolsters real estate practice with addition of partner Dennis Ko

Top UK law firm, BDB Pitmans, has strengthened its leading real estate practice with the hire of Dennis Ko as a partner. Dennis joins from Boodle Hatfield and his appointment is effective immediately.

Dennis specialises in both commercial and residential real estate, with particular expertise in the prime London market. He advises clients on all aspects of development from site assembly to funding and eventual disposal. His clients include property companies, developers and high net worth individuals, as well as international clients from the Middle East and Far East.

His previous work includes acting for a property fund on the acquisition and redevelopment of super-prime residential property in central London with a gross development value of over £50 million. Outside of London, he has acted on the acquisition and redevelopment of a 21-acre site in north west England with a gross development value of over £75 million.
