Charities’ wrongs – can we trust the law to correct them?

The exposure of sexual abuse and corruption in the charity sector has been widely reported and eyes are on the law and whether this can remedy what has gone wrong. The issue of jurisdiction is an obstacle facing legal follow-ups to misconduct in disaster zones.
