How a no-deal Brexit will affect UK courts

Over the years, UK courts have been the preferred forum for international disputes, however a no-deal Brexit could affect this. For example if a no-deal Brexit were to happen, the Recast Brussels I Regulation 2015/2012 would not be applicable and court orders in the UK would no longer be enforceable in the EU.
