How should employers be preparing for life outside the EU?
In under two weeks the UK will have left the EU, 34 months after former prime minister Theresa May invoked Article 50. Whilst the arrangements for what Brexit will look like are still unclear, there are a number of issues that employers need to consider in regards to both their company and staff.
Employers therefore, still need to prepare themselves and monitor progress in negotiations and consider the advice given.
