Wills have changed along with the the digital world. It is important for individuals to think about the digital footprint one leaves behind, ensuring there is a way for loved ones to access online information once a person is deceased.
Commenting in articles in The Daily Telegraph and Microsoft Network UK, partner Owen Bryne explains the concept of ‘legacy contacts’, where contacts nominated by the deceased are given permission to access their apps and photos.
