I’m not happy with my online estate agent – what can be done?

A reader of The Sunday Times is upset over the lack of support he received from the online estate agent Yopa, when selling his house. They avoided his emails and calls, gave little or no feedback after viewings and over valued the property which resulted in little interest. The reader had no alternative but to cease the arrangement, has £1,400 at stake and wants to know what can be done to protect his funds.
