COVID-19 brings new challenges to many charities. As a result, several are exploring whether closer collaborative working or a merger may provide a more improved level of resilience to the economic uncertainty that lies ahead. Some charities may not like the idea of a merger, losing control by being affiliated with another charity. An alternative is to work together with another charity, both as separate entities.
