King’s Speech commits government to ‘accelerate infrastructure delivery’

With over 30 bills announced in the King’s speech on Wednesday, infrastructure and civil engineering was as the forefront of the sectors mentioned. Commenting in an article for New Civil Engineer, partner Angus Walker discusses the new government’s promises to simplify the consenting process for major infrastructure projects.
