Legal challenge against Prime Minister’s backing of HS2 launched

Environmental campaigner, Chris Packham, has launched a legal challenge in which he is seeking to overturn the Prime Minister’s decision in February to back the High Speed Two (HS2) rail project, arguing that the evidence supporting the decision was ‘flawed’ and fails to comply with the government’s net zero carbon goal.
