Melrose and UK Government work on finalising commitments

Melrose and the Government are on a tight deadline to agree the terms and conditions with the UK’s Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. It is expected that the deal will close 21 days from the day that the offer for GKN was declared unconditional.
