No fault divorce delay – disappointing but not surprising, say UK family lawyers

The UK’s Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has delayed the introduction of no fault divorce legislation from autumn 2021 to 6 April 2022. While not necessarily surprising, it’s a ‘big blow’ for many separating couples.
