LONDON: Pitmans Law announced today that it advised Ocean Intelligent Communications Ltd, one of the UK’s fastest growing consultancy, managed service and infrastructure providers, on its partnership with CANCOM, a leading digital transformation partner in Germany and Austria.

Ocean has sold 82.5% of its shares to CANCOM in a partnership which will strengthen the international IT market.

The partnership focuses on the synergies of the two companies, allowing unified communication and collaboration. With Ocean’s services portfolio and global client base, which includes John Lewis, Centerparcs and P&O Ferries, the new partnership will extend international reach, particularly in new European regions.

Wayne Lloyd, CEO of Ocean, said: “At Ocean we are very happy to join CANCOM and become part of the group. This will enable us to serve our large international customers better and it will accelerate our business growth. CANCOM’s unique cloud technology platform AHP will be a key benefit and differentiator for us.”

With members of the Ocean management team remaining in the business, Lloyd continued: “The management team is excited to continue Ocean’s journey as part of CANCOM and to participate actively in the future success.”
