Pitmans Law advises Roc Technologies on acquisition of Esteem Systems

Pitmans Law has advised Roc Technologies in the acquisition of data centre, cloud and managed service specialist Esteem Systems.
The acquisition will enable both organisations to deliver on their clients’ needs to accelerate performance through business and digital transformation.
Roc continues to grow a strong reputation in the public and private sectors on digital transformation. They maintain significant customer traction in the Defence, Justice, Energy, Police, Higher Education, Airports, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Legal sectors.
Esteem brings 30 years of experience and an exciting portfolio in Private Cloud, Data Management, Desktop, and Managed Services to the deal, and has become a strategic infrastructure and services partner in public and private sector.
The deal will bring together 350 employees across the UK and projected 2019 revenues of £80 million. It will also amalgamate the companies’ complimentary technology vendor partners including Citrix, Dell/EMC, HPE Aruba, Microsoft, Nutanix, Oracle, Tibco, UK Cloud and Cisco.
