Pitmans Law supports long-standing client on launch of new dealer group

Pitmans Law has advised John O’Hanlon on the launch of Waylands Automotive.

Pitmans Law worked with O’Hanlon for over 20 years in his role as Chief Executive of Ridgeway and acted on the sale of the dealership to Marshall Motor Holdings in the third largest deal of its kind in the UK ever.

Led by Stephanie Perry, Corporate Partner, Pitmans advised O’Hanlon on the corporate and property aspects of setting up Waylands Automotive and its first dealership, Volvo Cars Reading. Representing the Volvo brand, the new site will officially open in Summer 2018.
