The courts and country are divided – to prorogue or not to prorogue.

Boris Johnson’s suspension of parliament will soon reach the UK’s top judges after senior judges in Edinburgh agreed it was a matter for the courts, whilst their counterparts in London thought differently. They will help to decide whether Johnson will have to let lawmakers return.
