Wheat prices are at record highs and the demand for food can only grow as the world’s population increases. Unfortunately life is not so simple or easy. Brexit has increased the cost and paperwork of exporting to our nearest markets and made finding employees more difficult. On top of this, climate change exacerbates the challenges.
