It is now beginning to become clear as to how Carlos Ghosn, the former chief executive of Nissan and Renault, escaped from the Japanese justice system to Lebanon. However, it is being questioned whether Ghosn will ever be able to legally travel again. The Japanese authorities still desperately want to convict Ghosn, but how can this be achieved?
