Will dispute resolution be affected by a no-deal Brexit?

Earlier this year, the European Commission encouraged the EU states to further develop their own forums for international disputes, potentially threatening the traditional use of UK courts by international parties. This threat has now been heightened due to the possibility of a no-deal Brexit and may have consequences for dispute resolution.
