Home / Women Who Inspire

At BDB Pitmans, equality is at the heart of our culture and an asset that we celebrate every day of the year. Our #WomenWhoInspire series was created to embody this.

This series is a chance to hear from women across the firm talking about their experiences within the legal sector, touching on how they reached their current position, the legacy that they hope to build at BDB Pitmans, and the women that inspired them along the way.

#WomenWhoInspire

What led you to your current role and what motivates you to succeed?

How have you used your skills to make a positive impact in the workplace or community?

How have you used your experiences to support and empower others, particularly women, in your life?

How important is it for women to have strong female role models and mentors in their lives and have you had any who have influenced you?

What has enabled you to grow professionally?

What does a healthy work-life balance mean to you and how do you maintain one?

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of and why?

What is your hope for future generations of women, professionally or societally?

What advice that you know now would have been useful to your younger self?

Women Who Inspire in Sport

An interview with Reading FC Women manager Kelly Chambers

In our latest video we speak to Kelly Chambers, the manager of Reading FC Women, which BDB Pitmans proudly sponsored from 2021 – 2023. Interviewed by Stacey Jones’ daughter Amelia, Kelly shares her hopes for women in sport as well as which female leaders have inspired her. Reading FC Women reflects BDB Pitmans’ commitment to diversity, inclusion and growth, and we have enjoyed supporting them over the past 3 seasons as they influence the next generation of female footballers and sports women.
