Home / Careers / Legal and Non-Legal

We are an innovative and growing firm looking for talented individuals to join our teams.

If you want to work with industry leaders and help continue our success we would like to hear from you.

Recognised by Best Companies

Legal Opportunities

If you are a solicitor, or soon to be qualified, and have expertise or experience in our practice areas, we can offer challenging and varied work, friendly and supportive teams, interesting clients, a good work-life balance and flexible working. We want our solicitors to develop their careers and expertise with us, so we offer a variety of training both to develop your technical knowledge and the skills we believe you need to excel as a solicitor.

Our fee earning targets reflect the importance we place on work-life balance, but we also want to reward great performance and have a bonus scheme and promotion structure in place.

Business and Legal Support

As well as opportunities within our legal departments, our support teams including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Revenue Control, Marketing, Events, Business Development, Facilities, Risk and Compliance, and Knowledge Management, look for people who have the experience and enthusiasm in their area of expertise to support and drive forward the success of the firm.

Our legal teams are supported by paralegals, administrators and secretaries. These roles are very much part of the team and work closely with our solicitors and partners to deliver client requirements.

What we can offer

We offer a wide range of benefits and regularly review these to ensure they remain the best way to value and reward our employees.

Our benefits include:

  • At least 25 days holiday per year
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay
  • Income Protection insurance
  • Interest free season ticket loans
  • Life Assurance
  • Matching pension contributions up to 7%
  • Medical screenings
  • Payroll giving
  • Private medical insurance
  • Sports teams
  • Yoga and Pilates classes

We Care

We recognise the need to adapt to new working patterns to suit your lifestyle.
We operate a 2:2:1 system as detailed below (if you want to work in the office for 5 days then that is fine):

A minimum of two days must be spent working from the office base.

A further two days can be spent working from a remote office should an individual wish to do so.

The remaining one day is flexible day. Some departments may require employees to attend the office base on an ad-hoc or permanent basis on this day depending on needs. This should be agreed at departmental level
