Our Employment team hosted their first webinar for 2024, in which they dusted off their crystal ball and discussed their predicted top employment law and HR developments which will affect businesses over the next 12 months.
Coming into force in 2024, we will see a range of new employment rights including:
- enhanced maternity protections on redundancy;
- flexible working;
- a duty to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace;
- neonatal leave; and
- carers’ leave.
In this webinar, they looked at a number of key employment cases, which will reach the Supreme Court in 2024 as well as the impact of the main cases from 2023. Please see the recording of the webinar below:
