Biodiversity net gain – Sarah Clark (Partner, BDB Pitmans) will discuss the new legislation coming into force in November this year for all planning permissions to provide 10% biodiversity net gain, including what it means for developers and how they can minimise its impact or exploit the opportunities it will present.
eHome2 – On the back of national media coverage, Tom Cox (Technical & Development Director at Saint Gobain) will discuss the learnings from the University of Salford’s Energy House 2.0 laboratory regarding energy efficiency, thermal performance and meeting the Future Homes Standard.
