Seminar: Tackling Insolvent Estates

BDB Pitmans are delighted to invite you to our Insolvent Estates conference. At the conference you will hear from our contentious estates, restructuring and insolvency teams, as well as experts from No5 Barristers Chambers and Grant Thornton. A drinks reception will follow.

The conference will cover a range of topics of interest to trustees, personal representatives, professional advisers, wealth managers and accountants including:

  • warning signs that indicate an estate may be insolvent;
  • the priority order for payment of debts and liabilities – who do you pay first?
  • three options for administering an insolvent estate;
  • risks for personal representatives as well as the protections available to them;
  • the role of the trustee in bankruptcy; and
  • asset recovery.

There will also be a Q&A at the end of the session.

If you would like to attend, please sign up here or via the ‘Register Interest’ button.
