BDB Pitmans welcomes host of new talent to BD and Marketing Team

Top 100 UK law firm BDB Pitmans has boosted its marketing offering with the triple appointment of Alexa Downing as Content and Public Relations Manager, Natalie Pavelin as Business Development Manager and Sarah Harman as Senior Events Executive.

Alexa has worked in the professional services sector for six years, joining BDB Pitmans from Birketts LLP where she showcased her digital marketing and communication skills as part of the firm’s BD and Marketing Team. Alexa holds a CIPR Diploma and has a wealth of expertise in strategy, digital marketing, content production and external comms. In addition to her experience in these areas, Alexa is educated to Masters level and specialises in thought leadership, as informed by her academic background. She has also previously worked in ecommerce as a copywriter.

Natalie joins from Paul Robinson Solicitors where she was previously Marketing and Business Development Manager. During this time, Natalie maintained sponsorship for a premier league football club, presented on behalf of the firm at a Thomson Reuters conference. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Before embarking on a career in Marketing, Natalie studied Law at Reading University. In addition to running her own marketing-focused YouTube Channel, Natalie is an accomplished public speaker, having debated in the House of Commons.

Sarah holds a Diploma in Event Management and has over five years’ experience in the legal sector. She specialises in the organisation of professional services and brand events, most notably working with Samsung to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime event at the Sydney Opera House. She joins BDB Pitmans from Stephenson Harwood and has been instrumental in the launch of the ‘Women in Business’ networking group based in London.

All three colleagues are based in the London office and will work closely alongside the existing BD, Marketing and Events Team, led by Marketing and Business Development Director, Kevin Peake. Alexa, Natalie and Sarah bring the number of colleagues in the team up to 20.
