Event round-up: Mock Employment Tribunal

In the grand setting of the Debating Chamber at Cambridge Union Society, our Employment Team hosted a Mock Employment Tribunal on Wednesday 18 October 2023.

This practical and interactive session provided:

• an opportunity to help demystify Tribunal proceedings;
• an experience of an Employment Tribunal scenario;
• an overview on how the process works and build confidence to prepare for any future Tribunals without risk to your business;
• a chance to learn how to prepare for, present and defend a Tribunal claim;
• a forum to question and discuss Employment Tribunal issues with our team, experienced barristers and an Employment Judge; and
• networking opportunities with fellow professionals post-event.
