Alexia Elassadi

Alexia is a senior associate in the commercial team. Her practice areas are commercial contracts, intellectual property (IP) and data protection, which she advises both businesses and charities on.

She has drafted and negotiated various commercial contracts on behalf of her clients, including a software development agreement, master services agreements, website terms and conditions, referral agreements, confidentiality agreements and commissioning agreements.

On the IP side, Alexia advises on trade mark, copyright and design issues, including providing branding advice, negotiating the treatment of IP rights in contracts and contentious matters.

Alexia also advises on a range of data protection matters. Examples include conducting audits to assess clients’ compliance with the GDPR, as well as drafting privacy policies, data retention policies, IT security policies and data processing agreements, among other key documents.
