Amanda Hodge

Amanda has 30 years’ experience in real estate law and practice. She has particular expertise in the acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, particularly in prime central London and countrywide urban and rural areas. She also advises private banks and other institutional lenders on secured lending transactions and international clients on property legal matters for their portfolio acquisitions.

In addition, Amanda has experience of advising family Trusts on sales and acquisitions and small high end developers on the development of sites, as well as the sale of new build properties. Amanda assists the leasehold enfranchisement team with purchases subject to application for lease extensions, licenses for alterations and lease extensions following purchase of the freehold by tenants.
