Andrea is a senior property manager within the new build team, an integral part of the firm’s development unit, which offers end to end specialist advice on land acquisition, tax, infrastructure and planning, construction and dispute resolution. The team specialises in all aspects of development set up including advice on freehold, leasehold and mixed use sites; management companies, infrastructure agreements, shared ownership and ground rent investor sales. They also offer knowledge and experience of market trends including the challenges facing residential developers. By offering practical advice from the outset, they aim to reduce the risk of delays occurring further down the line, helping to ensure that exchange and completion deadlines are achieved and sales projections met.

Andrea has over 30 years’ experience in acting for house builder clients, preparing legal documentation for new developments and ensuring a smooth transition from site acquisition, through set up, plot sales and handover.
