Claire is a solicitor in the new build team, an integral part of the firm’s Development Unit, which offers end to end specialist advice on land acquisition, tax, infrastructure and planning, construction and dispute resolution

The team work closely with our house builder clients in order to prepare legal documentation for new developments and to ensure a smooth transition from site acquisition, through set up, plot sales and handover. They specialise in all aspects of development set up including advice on freehold, leasehold and mixed use sites, management companies, infrastructure agreements, shared ownership and ground rent investor sales. The team offer knowledge and experience of market trends including the challenges facing residential developers. By offering practical advice from the outset, they aim to reduce the risk of delays occurring further down the line, helping to ensure that exchange and completion deadlines are achieved and sales projections met.

Claire also deals with infrastructure agreements and assists with development set ups.
