Isaac Creighton

Isaac is a solicitor in the employment team in London. He completed his training contract at BDB Pitmans and qualified as a solicitor in September 2020.

Isaac has experience of assisting clients with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, redundancy and employee consultation, transfers under TUPE and the application of Government support schemes for employers. He also assists with drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, staff handbooks, policies and procedures. Isaac can also assist with advice on the employment aspects of due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.

As a trainee, Isaac undertook a seat in the employment team, in addition to seats in the corporate, litigation and real estate teams.
