John advises on all aspects of banking and finance transactions and acts for borrowers, lenders, venture capitalists, and private equity firms.
He works on acquisition finance, corporate working capital, and real estate finance transactions, as well as on project loans, bridging loans, invoice discounting facilities, and a variety of other structured finance arrangements.
John started his career at Norton Rose and has been a specialist banking and finance lawyer for more than 20 years. He joined BDB Pitmans in January 2024.
